About Janice

For over 40 years, I have been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout the Greater Vancouver area, with a particular focus on the Tri-Cities communities.

Real estate has always been part of my life. Both of my parents were Realtors, and from an early age I was drawn to the industry because of the opportunity to meet new people, build lasting relationships, and help clients through one of the most important decisions they will ever make.

Today, my approach remains the same as when I first started: provide exceptional personal service, educate my clients, and always put their interests first.

I am proud to be a recipient of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board's Lifetime Medallion Club Award and Royal LePage's Lifetime Sales Achievement Award. While these accomplishments are meaningful, the greatest reward has always been the trust my clients place in me and the referrals they provide to family and friends.
